Terms Of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply when you buy from denlumi, operated by MERCO LIMITED. Read them with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Terms Of Service before ordering.

Placing an order

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details and review the item, quantity, price, currency, and shipping information before paying. The accepted payment methods are those available in the SHOPLINE-supported checkout at the time of purchase. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

Confirmation and acceptance

An automated confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or expressly accept the order. Contact service@denlumi.com promptly about errors. An acceptance process does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Stock and errors

If stock is unavailable or a material description or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We may decline an unaccepted order for legitimate reasons including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or payment failure. Captured payment for an item we cannot supply will be refunded as appropriate.

Prices and charges

The price and currency shown at checkout apply. Taxes and delivery charges are disclosed before purchase where required. International import duties and handling charges are excluded unless specifically included. Promotions cannot be combined unless their conditions allow it. Later price changes do not automatically change an accepted order.

Delivery and changes

See our Shipping Policy for processing, transit estimates, destinations, and shipping charges. Contact us within 24 hours to request a change or cancellation; fulfillment may already have started. We will assist where possible, while preserving statutory cancellation rights.

Returns and remedies

Our Return Policy provides a 30-day eligible return window and sets out exchange, refund, and defective-product procedures. It applies to purchases placed through the store. We do not limit mandatory withdrawal, warranty, or conformity rights.

Use and safety

Review dimensions, electrical requirements, installation instructions, and any compatibility information. Use products only as directed. Stop using an unsafe or damaged item and contact us. Ownership and delivery risk pass as required by the law applicable to the purchase; consumer risk is not automatically shifted merely because a parcel has been handed to a carrier.
